What is CTK ODM?
An online internet case management tool. The ODM provides a comprehensive suite of web based software applications and reporting tools.

How does it record outcomes data?
The ODM is highly configurable and can track both targets and outcomes based on whatever the level of detail required. This is normally done by the specifying the data required to be monitored and recording the targets. Outcomes can be derived by summarising the activities against individual cases or recording the summarised outcomes information.
