Meet the staff
Senior Management
Mark co-founded The Gallery Partnership Ltd with Richard Brookes in 1996. His career to date has embraced senior management assignments in the voluntary sector, domestic and international banking, advertising, manufacturing and finance.
He has a track record of developing and implementing IT systems under intense time scale, cost and government control constraints with often minimal time for planning or research. Mark's mature and engaging personality conveys an energetic approach to proactive management and consultancy, and he is able to motivate personnel to high standards of performance and co-operation. He is a skilled communicator, used to working with and influencing people at all levels of seniority.
Software Support and Development Team
Pat leads the development and application team for our web based software applications.
Jill manages Gallery's software delivery team. She is responsible for smooth customer service and software implementation.
Joost looks after our web based applications and online applications system.
Nicky works with our Benefactor clients to ensure their support requests and online applications requirements are met.
Yury looks after our grants management software, Benefactor.
Will builds our websites and has pioneered the use of a new CMS (Content Management System).
Lucile works with our Benefactor clients to ensure their support requests and online applications requirements are met.
Sarah works with our ODM clients to ensure their support requests and bespoke requirements are met.
Network Support and Installation Team
Pete has headed Gallery's Network Support and Installation Division for the last 8 years. Working with a range of technical and business needs, he is responsible for designing and implementing network strategies.
Daryl deals with day-to-day support and installation, and splits his time between answering telephone queries in the office, and visiting our clients to troubleshoot and advise on-site.
Duncan deals with day-to-day support and installation, and splits his time between answering telephone queries in the office, and visiting our clients to troubleshoot and advise on-site.
Paul deals with day-to-day support and installation, and splits his time between answering telephone queries in the office, and visiting our clients to troubleshoot and advise on-site.
Jackie deals with day-to-day support and installation, and splits her time between answering telephone queries in the office, and visiting our clients to troubleshoot and advise on-site.
Adam deals with day-to-day support and installation, and splits his time between answering telephone queries in the office, and visiting our clients to troubleshoot and advise on-site.
Paul deals with day-to-day support and installation, and splits his time between answering telephone queries in the office, and visiting our clients to troubleshoot and advise on-site.
Steve logs all our support requests. He is also responsible for the administration of our disaster recovery services and making sure that all our client's backup and recovery routines are operating correctly.
Administration
Victoria co-ordinates Gallery's communications to our existing clients and our new marketing campaigns to generate new business. She also looks after our website.
Yve keeps our office running smoothly and is responsible for our invoicing, accounts and administration.
Rebecca secures new Website Design and IT Support business for Gallery.
