Duncan hails from sunny Brighton and is one of our senior technical engineers and top account managers. With over 15 years’ experience in IT he enjoys helping organisations achieve their IT potential through setup to support.
He believes the key to success is a mix of excellent account management and helping clients understand the technology solutions available in a jargon-free way. In his spare time he listens to Pink Floyd and plays classical guitar.
Our clients' users are in safe hands with Jackie. Friendly and approachable, her organised approach makes her a great first point of contact for the vital task of configuring Active Directory accounts so that users can access the files they need, when they need them.
Jackie is a Film and TV buff. She is kept up at night worrying about her cat, who is always out getting into fights (which he always loses).
