Directors

The two founding directors of Gallery, Richard Brookes and Mark Kemp, have a combined experience of over 40 years of in their chosen fields. 

Mark Kemp
Director - Main Expertise Project and Programme Management

Mark co-founded The Gallery Partnership with Richard Brookes in 1995. His career to date has embraced senior management assignments in the voluntary sector, domestic and international banking, advertising, manufacturing and finance.

He has a track record of developing and implementing systems under intense time scale, cost and government control constraints with minimal time for planning or research. Mark's mature and engaging personality conveys an energetic approach to proactive management and consultancy, and he is able to motivate personnel to high standards of performance and co-operation. He is a skilled communicator, used to working with and influencing people at all levels of seniority.

Richard Brookes
Director - Main Expertise Database Design and Build

Richard co-founded The Gallery Partnership with Mark Kemp in 1995. He is a Member of the British Computer Society and an experienced designer and developer whose career has included a wide variety of technical roles in the public sector, retailing, international banking and insurance.

He has designed and developed new systems for large numbers of users, to stringent time constraints, delivering them on time and on budget. Richard takes care to provide new users with timely and appropriate support, and has successfully implemented systems in many green field environments. One of his main achievements whilst with The Gallery Partnership is the design and development of our Benefactor software, and its associated Online Applications system, and the View360/Customer360 Contact Relationship Management software.

 

Support and Installation Team

Pete VanOlinda
Pete has headed Gallery's Network Support and Installation team for the last 7 years. Working with a large range of technical and business needs, he is responsible for designing and implementing network strategies for many of our clients.

Daryl Isaacs
Daryl deals with day-to-day support and installation, and splits his time between answering telephone queries in the office, and visiting our clients to troubleshoot and advise on-site.

Mike Underwood
Mike is responsible for account and quality assurance management for our support customers, as well as providing technical support on site and from the office.

Russell Hall
Russell administers and co-ordinates our support services, as well as providing telephone support to our customers from the office.

Steve Dore
Steve is responsible for the administration of our disaster recovery services and making sure that all our clients' backup and recovery routines are operating correctly.

 

Product Support and Development Team

Christine Brookes
Christine has been with Gallery for 10 years and has worked with Benefactor and Customer 360 since they were first launched. She is also responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of a number of our websites.

Patrick Garrard
A programmer and applications developer, Pat is responsible for the reliable and user-friendly functioning of a number of our web based and software applications.

Krista Pritchard
Krista is responsible for installation, training and support for Customer 360 and CTK Online Data Manager.  Before joining Gallery, she had practical experience of running and administering our systems.

Rachel Nelmes
Rachel supports users of our Benefactor software. Her experience in grant-giving organisations along with technical expertise, allows her to advise and support our database users with a comprehensive understanding of the processes and issues involved.

 

Administration

Yve Harrison
Yve keeps our office running smoothly and is responsible for our accounts and administration.

 

Associate Consultants

Jacqueline Rae, Issimo
Jacqueline is an established consultant who has extensive experience of advising grant-making organisations. Jacqueline has advised on the implementation of Benefactor and trained in its use since it was first launched in 1997.  She regularly runs training courses and is actively involved in supporting software users. Rob Lilley, Issimo
Rob Lilley works in both the grant-making and commercial sectors.  He has experience of testing and integrating off-the-shelf and bespoke systems and training in their use.  He worked for fifteen years at IBM where his varied roles included senior project manager, hardware and software engineering and training all levels of staff.
