Apricot is a web-based case/data management system, available wherever you need it. Both your client and in house staff records can be held on Apricot and it also has volunteer tracking capabilities. There is an built in duplicate record checking feature for easy inputting and a free data clean up is included.
Modifying Data Capture
Customisable data fields and screens allow the system to evolve as required. The ability to modify data capture allows the system to evolve with your organisation to meet future requirements.
Audit Log
An integral audit log tracks any data change, recording when they were made and by whom.
