Training
Our training courses are designed to meet the specific needs of each organisation. Whilst following a structured format, the courses are sufficiently flexible to respond to the priorities of each group. By capping the size of the group to a maximum of five trainees, we are able to ensure that the course is appropriate for all users, regardless of their IT confidence.

Support
Once users are trained and using a database, we work in partnership with them to ensure that they are supported and making the most of the software. There is a fully staffed help desk Mon-Fri 9.00 to 5.30. All the feedback that we receive about the software, is discussed and incorporated into our development plans if possible.
