We use some clever technology called Kaseya®, to help us discover and resolve problems before they even happen and fix them remotely without getting in the way. We manage our client’s infrastructure, network components, servers, and users' desktops remotely and comprehensively.
Onsite and Remote Support Service
We offer unlimited calls to our 9-5.30 helpdesk where our technical staff provide a fast, friendly and responsive service.
Regular site visits and emergency call outs are included in our fixed service cost.

We can do this through overnight backup to tape of critical files from server, secure off-site storage (fire-proof safe) and monthly tape test to ensure data is recoverable. A server imaging service is available for rapid server recovery, which will be up and running within a few hours. We can also provide replacement loan servers available in cases of fire or theft.

All our network hardware and software recommendations are from third parties which means our recommendations are based solely on what is best for you.
If we are able to obtain volume discounts from regular suppliers, we pass these directly on to you.
Out of Hours Installation
We undertake much of the installation after hours, so that your business is not affected. We also schedule to be onsite immediately after any installation to ensure that everything is running just as you want it.
