As part of our extensive hosted network package, we can offer clients key IT services, such as Exchange email and SharePoint document management, without the need to purchase their own expensive IT hardware to run the software, or house it on-site.

Gallery can offer you the following hosted Hosted Apps:

Microsoft Exchange 2010 Email Services (with access to shared resources, i.e. shared calendars, meeting rooms, contacts, etc.) which can be accessed using the following methods:

  • Via Outlook installed locally on your laptop or PC using Outlook Anywhere technology
  • Via your chosen web browser using Outlook Web Access SharePoint services for storing and sharing files

We can also provide customers with their own virtual server to run other compatible apps (such as third party databases) with secure access via Remote Desktop Services based on Windows 2008 Server (R2).

If you choose the hosted option, we can also still manage and provide support for your business PCs and laptops. You will have unlimited telephone, email and remote control helpdesk support during office hours. Light-weight software agents will be installed on all computers, whether connected to the network or based out of the office, providing the following services:

  • Virus, spyware, and malware protection with centralised hourly updating
  • Installation of Windows critical security updates, patches, and service packs
  • Monitoring and alerts to proactively detect and eliminate potential problems
  • Machines audits and reports
  • Automated backups
  • Secure, encrypted remote control of your machine, so we can see your screen and quickly resolve support issues
