Impact Management

We are really pleased with the great feedback from our Impact Measurement Workshop at the FSI Skills Conference 2015 presented by Mark Kemp and Rebecca Bohms from The Gallery Partnership and Janine Edwards from The FSI

The workshop session focused on how to charities can confidently measure and report on their success. We looked at whether outcomes are measurable? Is their a quantifiable way to determine whether or not goals have been met? Which data can be used to prove success? How will the end result will contribute overall to the cause, how it will be presented to funders, contributors and volunteers? We looked at how best to track what matters and satisfy multiple funders requests.

82% of the delegates who attended said the content in today's session will help them to do their job better.

“It will prompt us to measure impact - having shown that it doesn't have to be a large/complex project. Good to hear that other similar orgs are faced with similar problems and issues.”
Nick Stoddart, Bowles Rocks Trust

“It has given me useful ideas to capture data, and the type of data required for funding. It has showed me the importance of measuring impact.”
Skills Conference Delegate

“It has showed me the importance of obtaining accurate data for funding and to communicate with staff, funders and volunteers.”
Skills Conference Delegate

“It's increased my confidence - making me realise it's OK to keep it simple. It's great to hear from other charities and to talk through common challenges. Thank you!”
Jessica Brown, The Gaia Foundation
