All our consultancy work is quoted at a fixed price (except in some very rare occasions usually when we are dependent on another 3rd party supplier), so if the work takes longer than expected, that is our problem not yours.

We provide strategic, technical, migration and policy advice, often complimenting in-house teams to provide extra resouces and expertise. Some examples of our consultancy are listed below:

• Network review. We start by performing a network audit and will then recommend any system and equipment changes that are needed immediately, during the next 12 months and which may be required for the next 3-5 years.
• Installation. We undertake much of the installation after hours, so that your business isn't affected. We also schedule to be on site immediately after any installation to ensure that everything is running the way you want it.
• Procurement. All our network hardware and software recommendations are from third parties which means our recommendations are based solely on what is best for you. If we are able to obtain volume discounts from regular suppliers, we pass these directly on to you.
• Upgrades. We thoroughly test new software, service packs and patches, and relevant hardware before they are recommended to any of our clients.
