- 'Mentoring' support service provides a full support service to cover sickness or holiday for your internal IT resource(s) as well as expert advice and guidance. This is a cost effective way for larger organisations to reduce the risk of absence of key IT staff.
- Remote access (often out of office hours) to your network and all your PCs to allow for hands-on troubleshooting, constant updating and maintenance to your server.
- Scheduled site visits to make sure that your system remains up to date and in line with your business needs.
