We held our Annual User Group last Friday at Cavendish venues - America Square, which provided our clients the opportunity to hear from industry experts, network with similar organisations and learn more about the products they are using so they can maximise their functionalities to full potential.

Our longest standing client - Association of Charitable Foundations, represented by Kevin Nunn, Director of Finance & Resources, gave a pre-publication preview into the emerging findings from the Association’s Stronger Foundations Programme. This programme will focus on identified best practice for Trusts and Foundations in regard to transparency and accountability, evaluation, and grant management processes, setting the agenda for change across the sector for the next five years. Our Director - Mark Kemp, Operations & Service Delivery Manager - Oliver Grig and Senior Software Consultant - Alex Blake, led the afternoon sessions split by product; Benefactor, Apricot & Network Support/ShareCentre. These breakout groups gave our clients insightful ways to utilise their current products, focusing on security and efficiency, whilst hearing about exciting developments within each field.
